Unequaled in performance and quality, the Model 500 THP synchronous tape sewing system was engineered for high speed, high volume bagging lines. Automatic synchronization of the Empress model 201™ sewing head, with the bag infeed and the bag transport conveyor creates the perfect sew crepe tape closure. With synchronous and variable speed technology standard on the 500 THPS this high performance sewing system can instantly change sewing speeds at the push of a button.

The perfect solution for high-production, open mouth bagging lines the versatile 500 THPS’ fully synchronous, variable speed drive system easily closes multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene bags at speeds up to 75 feet per minute. The compact, vibration free pedestal is easy to move and the corrosion resistant epoxy painted finish stands up to the most demanding environment. Optional features include a contact tape coder and a pneumatic trim collection system. Optional features include a contact tape coder and our TRS-100™ pneumatic trim collection system. For maximum high speed performance we recommend Fischbein brand sewing thread and genuine Fischbein parts.
