Back by the famous Fischbein craftsmanship, the Empress® Model 100-2™ Sewing Head features two needles that create a secure, sift resistant, two parallel stitch closures. The Model 100-2 is perfect for closing every type of open mouth bag, including multi-wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene and jute in the most demanding work environments. Fischbein’s pressurized, self-lubricating system protects moving parts and ensures maximum productivity with low maintenance. 

The Empress 100-2 sewing head’s precision rotational parts allow for adjustable operating speed from 35 to 45 feet per minute, with very little vibration. The Model 100-2 creates two perfect, parallel stitch lines with a two thread, double locked stitch – adjustable from 2.25 to 3.25 per inch, factory set at 2.5 stitches. 

Fischbein’s Model 100-2 two needlesewing head is featured on our cost effective, entry level Model 400 Pro2™ and heavy duty 400NS2™ Plain Sewing Systems. Selective options for the Model 100-2 include power infeeds, thread break detectors, oil sensors, bag coder and photoelectric controls for system integration. Food grade lubricant is also available. For maximum performance use Fischbein industrial sewing thread and genuine Fischbein parts.
