DMU-QC Series Quick-Clean Drawer Magnets offer incredible ease of cleaning compared to standard magnetic grate configurations, resulting in far less down-time for scheduled cleaning, less risk of damage while removing and cleaning tiers, and often better attention to regular maintenance issues. Product passes through multiple, offset tiers of magnetic tubes assuring maximum product exposure and magnetic filtration as the stream passes through the housing. Contaminants are trapped and move to the underside of the tube, where they are resistant to wash-off. Cleaning requires no tools, and is accomplished with a simple pull-push motion. After product flow is stopped, the Rare Earth magnetic tubes are pulled through UHMW Stripper assemblies, cleaning the tubes and depositing contaminants in a collection tray.
