The 400NS² is specifically designed for medium to high volume bagging operations requiring operating speeds up to 45 linear feet per minute.

The 400NS² with its model 100-2, two-needle sewing head and patented self-lubricating design is available with a full range of options that make it the perfect plain sew bag closing solution for semi to fully automated bagging lines. And, its corrosion resistant finish holds up regardless of workplace conditions.

This innovative sewing system will close a variety of bags including multi-wall paper, woven/laminated woven polypropylene and jute. Its unique, compact pedestal design with casters minimizes vibration and makes the system easy to move. With sewing height adjustable in just seconds, bag size change over is a snap.

400NS² Sewing System accessories include various infeeds, thread break detectors, oil sensor, bag coder and photoelectric controls for system integration. For maximum performance we recommend Fischbein brand sewing thread and genuine Fischbein parts.
